Change Program Manager

Job summary

This role involves driving digital transformation and enhancing collaboration within creative teams. The position is based in Billund and requires on-site work at least three days a week on a fixed-term contract for 10 months, with a potential two-month extension.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in transformation-driven environments, particularly in creative, media, entertainment, technology, or consulting sectors.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in supporting digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across various teams and seniority levels.
• Strong business writing skills for executive summaries and presentation materials.
• Professional judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Strong prioritization and execution skills, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Project management and planning capabilities.
• Comfortable with digital tools and platforms, with a curious mindset for continuous improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools; familiarity with creative tools is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement digital and tooling initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication among stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones for transformation initiatives.
• Drive the rollout of transformation programs within the organization.
• Support change management and communication efforts to help teams adopt new tools.
• Create structured documentation to clarify challenges and outline solutions.
• Stay updated on digital and technology trends to suggest improvements.
