Change Manager (On-site, Denmark)

Job summary

This role involves driving change management activities within a global organization, focusing on large-scale projects during a period of transformation. The position is part of a Change Management Office that supports project managers and senior stakeholders to ensure a people-centric approach to project success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with change management frameworks, particularly Prosci ADKAR® methodology.
• Proven track record in executing change management activities within complex, organization-wide transformation programs.
• Experience with both agile and waterfall project methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts and visualizing messages.
• Global perspective with cross-cultural experience.
• Project management experience, familiar with Agile or Prince2 methodologies.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to maintain a focus on people throughout projects.
• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness.
• Identify and mobilize key stakeholders, communicating change progress effectively.
• Design interventions to overcome barriers to change and facilitate smooth transitions.
• Continuously improve the change management framework and integrate it into project workflows.
