Job summary

This role focuses on supporting large-scale transformation initiatives within Fleet Management & Technology, emphasizing the people side of change. You will develop and execute change management strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and facilitate sustainable adoption of new practices.

Qualifications

  • Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a global organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead change management activities to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Manage the full change lifecycle, including impact assessments and change planning.
  • Support the identification and management of the overall change landscape.
  • Advise and coach business leaders and project teams on change management best practices.
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders for effective implementation.

Skills

  • Ability to communicate complex changes clearly to diverse audiences.
