Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in change management within a global organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead change management activities to keep stakeholders informed and engaged during transformations.
  • Manage the full change lifecycle, including assessments, planning, execution, and measurement of readiness.
  • Identify and manage the overall change landscape across the organization.
  • Advise and coach leaders and project teams on change management best practices.
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive successful transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders for effective implementation.
