Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in change management or a similar role within a global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead change management activities to ensure stakeholder engagement and support during transformations.
  • Manage the full change lifecycle, including assessments, planning, execution, and measurement of readiness and adoption.
  • Identify and manage the overall change landscape across the organization.
  • Advise and coach leaders and project teams on change management best practices.
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive successful transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts, Tech Leads, and other stakeholders for effective implementation.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to communicate complex changes to diverse audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship-building and collaboration skills.
  • Adaptability to work in ambiguous environments.
  • Structured, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.

Education

  • Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.

Tools
