Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a global organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead change management activities to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Manage the full change lifecycle, including assessments, planning, execution, and measurement of readiness.
  • Support the identification and management of the overall change landscape.
  • Advise and coach business leaders and project teams on change management best practices.
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders for effective implementation.
