Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and culture to support the organization's growth strategy.
• Define leadership development strategies to drive continuous change.
• Create and communicate a clear transformation narrative.
• Assess the impact of change on people, processes, and structures, and design effective interventions.
• Collaborate with Communications, People & Culture, and business leaders to ensure consistent engagement during the transformation.
• Partner with PMO and workstream leads for integrated change planning and implementation.
• Monitor change adoption, identify barriers, and adapt strategies to enhance engagement.
• Foster alignment and collaboration among leaders to ensure effective governance.
• Shape organizational conditions to support the ambitious growth strategy through structural adjustments and capability development.
