Job summary

The role of Category Manager for People Services involves driving global category management and procurement strategies within a professional services context. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global category strategies for People Services aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFx, supplier evaluation, and negotiations.
• Analyze spend and supplier data to identify opportunities for cost savings and value creation.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to meet business needs.
• Manage key commercial elements such as pricing, contracts, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Drive Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) initiatives, including governance and performance reviews.
• Lead cross-functional procurement projects and ensure best practices are followed.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field.
