Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, finance, or science from a top-tier institution.
• At least 3 years of experience in strategic procurement or production, preferably in the food or food-packaging sector, or as a management consultant focused on operations.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a category strategy aligned with business objectives and supply chain needs.
• Identify and manage key supplier relationships across various markets.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and conduct make-or-buy analyses.
• Develop cost models and monitor commodity prices.
• Utilize data and insights for pricing forecasts and strategic sourcing decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on procurement projects.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
