Job summary

This role involves supporting strategic sourcing activities within technology procurement, focusing on Digital & Technology categories in a global context. The position aims to enhance procurement processes and supplier relationships while delivering strong commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, finance, or data analytics, preferably with technology-related spend exposure.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis (Excel required; familiarity with Power BI/Tableau is advantageous).
  • Structured approach with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple requests and deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills for summarizing insights and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about technology commercial models.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end sourcing activities, including gathering requirements and preparing sourcing packages.
  • Conduct spend and market analyses to identify trends and opportunities in Digital & Technology categories.
  • Prepare benchmarking and total-cost-of-ownership analyses, considering cost, value, and risk.
  • Maintain supplier and category data, including contract overviews and renewal calendars.
  • Support contract processes in collaboration with Legal and InfoSec, managing documentation and approvals.
  • Help manage supplier performance through KPI/SLA reporting and tracking follow-ups.
  • Ensure procurement compliance and governance by maintaining clear documentation and communication.
  • Contribute to the improvement of procurement templates and reporting dashboards.

Skills

  • Experience with procurement tools and contract lifecycle management systems is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of data privacy and security concepts, as well as sustainability practices.
  • Experience in an international, matrixed environment is beneficial.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with procurement tools like Sievo or Scanmarket is advantageous.
