Job summary

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of experience in global procurement and category management.
• Relevant Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
• Experience in offshore wind is advantageous.
• Background in project management within EPC, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategies in matrix organizations.
• Strong leadership skills to drive collaboration across functions.
• Effective analytical skills with experience in managing complex data sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams focused on offshore labor.
• Develop and align commodity strategies with business objectives.
• Execute strategies in collaboration with global and regional teams to ensure a high-performing supply base.
• Manage supplier relationships to identify value and cost optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to major tenders and cost-saving initiatives.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Enable value creation through collaboration and continuous improvement.
