Car Preparation Agent

Job summary

We are looking for a Car Preparation Agent to ensure our fleet of vehicles is ready for rental. This role involves preparing and servicing vehicles, ensuring they are clean, refueled or recharged, and in excellent condition for customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate various types of vehicles.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive vehicle maintenance approach.

Responsibilities

• Clean, refuel/recharge, and prepare vehicles for rental.
• Check fluid levels and tire pressures for all vehicles.
• Complete and attach out-of-service tags and move vehicles to maintenance areas as needed.
• Identify vehicles needing grounding, turnback, or preventative maintenance and relocate them accordingly.
• Assist with additional tasks as requested by management during quieter periods.
