Car Preparation Agent

Job summary

We are looking for a Car Preparation Agent to ensure that vehicles are clean, refueled, and ready for rental. This role is essential in maintaining the fleet's readiness and involves hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Clean, refuel/recharge, and prepare vehicles for rental.
• Check fluid levels and tire pressures for all vehicles.
• Complete and attach out-of-service tags and move vehicles to maintenance as needed.
• Identify vehicles needing grounding, turnback, or preventative maintenance and relocate them appropriately.
• Assist with additional tasks as requested by management during quieter periods.
