CAPEX Project Leader

Job summary

This role involves leading CAPEX projects across production sites in Denmark, ensuring effective execution from initial concept through to final handover. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical education, such as a Marine Engineer or another engineering-related degree.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to connect with people at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAPEX projects from exploration to handover using the established project model.
• Develop and present business cases and project plans for significant investments (over 2 million EUR).
• Oversee execution phases including tendering, contracting, construction, and commissioning.
• Manage stakeholder alignment from site teams to senior leadership.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with timelines, costs, and quality standards.

Education

• Technical degree in engineering or related field.
