Job summary

An experienced Capacity Planning Specialist is sought to lead and enhance the capacity planning agenda for Service Operations in the renewable energy sector. This role involves ensuring optimal technician allocation for turbine service activities across regions, acting as the central source for capacity insights, and influencing strategic and tactical operational decisions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in managing complex operational or analytical domains.
• Proven background in capacity or operations planning.
• At least 5 years of experience in capacity planning or similar operational roles.
• Expertise in complex, multi-variable demand planning.
• High data literacy and familiarity with planning tools.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the capacity planning domain, setting direction and standards at operational, tactical, and strategic levels.
• Convert regional demand into aligned capacity strategies, ensuring proactive, data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee cross-regional workforce balancing and technician allocation with full accountability.
• Provide consolidated capacity insights to leadership, shaping decisions with clear scenarios and recommendations.
• Continuously enhance planning processes and tools to improve transparency, efficiency, and operational maturity.
