Capability Lead, Project Management Execution (AEC, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing the practical execution of project management within an Operational Excellence team. The Capability Lead will develop and implement behavioral project management capabilities, ensuring they are effectively applied across various project environments.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in engineering, project management, business, or similar field.
• 4–8 years of experience in management consulting, business excellence, transformation roles, or project management.
• Experience in the AEC industry with exposure to project delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve project management execution capabilities, including stakeholder management and commercial contract management.
• Design practical capability products such as playbooks and learning assets for project managers.
• Maintain a Project Manager tiering model to define capability expectations based on project complexity.
• Translate capability frameworks into real project environments and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for AI and digital tools to enhance project management execution.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to capture insights and develop scalable capability solutions.
