Capability Lead in Project Management (AEC, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing the practical execution of project management within the AEC industry. The Capability Lead will develop and implement key behavioral capabilities, ensuring that project managers can effectively engage stakeholders and communicate throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in engineering, project management, business, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in management consulting, business excellence, transformation roles, or project management.
• Experience in the AEC industry with exposure to project delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve project management execution capabilities, including stakeholder management and change handling.
• Develop practical capability products such as playbooks and tools to support project managers.
• Maintain a Project Manager tiering model to define capability expectations based on project complexity.
• Translate capability frameworks into real project environments and support continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for AI and digital tools to enhance project management execution.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather insights and translate them into scalable solutions.
