Job summary

This role involves applying procurement and sourcing expertise in a dynamic environment, focusing on supplier relationships and procurement processes. You will collaborate with various teams to define and execute sourcing strategies that align with project and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Purchasing, Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience or understanding of Procurement and/or Project Management.
• Knowledge of supplier relationship management, procurement processes, and commodity strategies.
• Familiarity with SAP and MS Office tools.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
• Results-driven and adaptable approach to work.
• Initiative taker with hands-on problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; Danish is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier panel relationships through periodic reviews.
• Prepare and launch Requests for Quotations (RFQs) with suppliers.
• Manage supplier panel relationships, including negotiation and performance monitoring.
• Ensure achievement of Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Technology (QCDT) targets.
• Address supplier performance issues proactively.
• Participate in commodity strategy and panel elaboration.
• Lead project negotiations from RFQ to supplier award and contractualization.
