Job summary

The role involves supporting structured business testing across multiple countries, ensuring readiness for Go-Live in a global Road Business STAR Implementation team.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of transport and logistics operations.
• Experience in coordinating or supporting business testing, such as User Acceptance Testing.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support business testing execution for consistency and quality.
• Plan and organize testing activities based on defined scope and timelines.
• Ensure readiness of testing scenarios, data, tools, and environments.
• Support testers and Key Users in effective testing execution.
• Monitor testing progress, manage issues, and drive risk management.
• Facilitate alignment between Business and IT for defect resolution.
• Provide clear reporting and documentation for decision-making.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices.

Skills

• Experience with testing tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) is a plus.
• Ability to translate system functionality into business-relevant test scenarios.

Education

• Relevant educational background in a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies is advantageous.
