Business Solution Specialist

Job summary

This role involves enhancing processes within the Flow of Goods department at the Head Office, focusing on the seamless flow of goods from suppliers to stores across multiple countries. The position is a maternity cover for a year, requiring strong IT skills and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Relevant master’s degree (e.g., Economics, Business Administration, IT) or equivalent experience
• Experience in roles such as Business Analyst or Business Developer, preferably in retail, replenishment, or forecasting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex systems
• Basic knowledge of data structures and proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with SAP ERP is a plus

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical solutions to ensure continuous value delivery
• Assist end-users by resolving issues and providing guidance on new features
• Create and execute test cases, validate results, and support the rollout of new solutions
• Collaborate with business and IT colleagues to align priorities and ensure successful implementation
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to optimize performance
