This role involves defining and managing global processes for engaging with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) within a MedTech environment. The Business Process Owner will work to optimize operations and implement digital solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in business or commercial operations.
  • Master’s degree in business, economics, digital, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own business processes for HCPs, balancing standardization with local needs.
  • Drive process optimization and implementation across key markets.
  • Identify and implement digital enhancements for improved user experience.
  • Map customer journeys to align sales cycles with customer needs.
  • Provide first-line support for markets regarding systems, processes, and tools, escalating issues as necessary.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Independent and pragmatic approach with the ability to make clear decisions and push back when necessary.

Education

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and digital platforms for process optimization.
