About the role

Job summary

The role involves enhancing global customer processes, specifically within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) framework, focusing on commercial operations. The Business Process Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to design, improve, and implement efficient processes that support the customer journey.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business process management, ERP implementations, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with gathering requirements, writing user stories, and documenting processes.
  • Background in Order-to-Cash processes or ERP platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between business and technology to facilitate process design and documentation.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the global ERP template based on business needs.
  • Support global rollout activities and ensure successful implementations across diverse cultures.
  • Engage with stakeholders from Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, Logistics, and IT to align business needs with solutions.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
  • Proactive and comfortable in navigating complex environments.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in business process management or related fields.

Tools

  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, is preferred.
