The position requires native-level proficiency in German and offers flexibility to work remotely or from offices in Denmark or Germany.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business process consultancy, ideally in the software or IT solutions sector.
• Strong project management skills, including scope, budget, and coordination of software implementations.
• Experience with system configuration and implementation, particularly in workflow or process management systems.
• Ability to translate customer needs into scalable digital solutions that deliver business value.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
• Experience in cross-cultural and international environments.
• Broad understanding of business processes and IT.
• Native-level proficiency in German (spoken and written) and professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer implementations with full ownership of scope, timeline, budget, and delivery.
• Drive major projects independently, collaborating with senior stakeholders and steering committees.
• Translate customer needs into scalable solutions.
• Bridge business and IT by mapping requirements into system configurations and development needs.
• Ensure successful execution of implementations, including go-live, training, and 3rd level support.
• Strengthen the organization and continuously improve best practices.
