Qualifications

• Proven experience in business process consultancy, preferably in software or IT solutions
• Strong project management skills, including scope, budget, and software implementation coordination
• Experience with system configuration and implementation, ideally in workflow or process management systems
• Ability to translate customer needs into scalable digital solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior stakeholders
• Experience in cross-cultural and international environments
• Broad understanding of business processes and IT
• Native-level proficiency in German (spoken and written)
• Professional proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer implementations with full ownership of scope, timeline, budget, and delivery
• Drive major projects independently while collaborating with senior stakeholders and steering committees
• Translate customer needs into scalable solutions
• Bridge business and IT by mapping requirements into system configurations and development needs
• Ensure successful execution, including implementation, go-live, training, and third-level support
• Strengthen the organization and continuously improve best practices
