Job summary

This role involves enhancing and refining onboarding processes to ensure new clients have a seamless and compliant experience. The Business Process Analyst will leverage data to drive improvements and collaborate with various departments to implement changes effectively.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, IT Application Development, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in a Business Analyst or Process Analyst role focused on business process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze onboarding and client lifecycle processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Develop clear recommendations and solutions that align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Document and validate business requirements and user stories in collaboration with Product Owners and technical teams.
  • Prepare change risk assessments and define mitigation plans for change initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between various teams to ensure alignment during change processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by refining documentation and onboarding standards.
