Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing global processes within the Hearing Care sector, emphasizing clarity, consistency, and data-driven decision-making. The Business Process Analyst will analyze and structure business processes to support governance and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Process Management
• Experience with transformation programs or system implementations (ERP or CRM) is a plus
• Strong analytical skills to convert complex information into actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Analyze and structure business processes according to BPM standards
• Drive process design, modeling, and documentation activities
• Plan and facilitate workshops for process discovery and verification
• Capture and synthesize outputs from workshops into BPM artifacts
• Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Ensure alignment of business processes with technology solutions
• Support the translation of business requirements into process designs
• Maintain quality and governance compliance of BPM artifacts
