This role involves supporting a busy entrepreneur and their family with personal logistics, travel, calendar management, and daily operations. The assistant will work closely with the principal to streamline their daily life and ensure smooth functioning of personal and household tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily logistics and priorities for the principal
  • Handle errands, bookings, and reservations
  • Coordinate appointments and services
  • Protect and manage the principal’s calendar
  • Schedule meetings and filter communications
  • Book travel arrangements and create itineraries
  • Coordinate household support and maintenance
  • Manage food preferences and health-related appointments
  • Handle local administrative tasks and communications

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly
  • Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English

Education

  • Relevant experience in personal assistance or similar roles preferred

Tools

  • Familiarity with calendar management and communication tools
