Business Partner (Copenhagen)

Job summary

Seeking an ambitious economist with 3–5 years of experience and an analytical mindset to serve as a business sparring partner for management. This role involves close collaboration with various managers on budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics or finance
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, budgeting, and business cases
• Experience in a medium-sized or large dynamic enterprise
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian)

Responsibilities

• Participate in the planning cycle and management reporting
• Conduct month-end reporting and business case analysis
• Collaborate with the Head of FP&A and the Director of Consumer Magazines
• Build and maintain relationships with managers and the finance team
• Provide valid analyses and presentations for decision-making
• Contribute to the monthly closing process and variance explanations

Skills

• Strong in business sparring, data processing, and IT
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with AI applications
• Knowledge of Business Central, Power BI, and Bizview is advantageous
• Structured, solution-oriented, and detail-focused

Education

• Master's degree in economics or finance
