Business Partner (Construction Industry, Europe West)

Job summary

This role supports the Market Unit Europe West and involves close collaboration with the Business Unit and regional stakeholders. Candidates should ideally be based within the Europe West region and must be willing to travel regularly within the area and to Headquarters.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in the construction industry, including international experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Economics, or Commercial Business Administration.
• Experience in commercial and sales activities related to construction and/or supply industries in the region.
• Strong market knowledge, including segments, customers, and competition.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop long-term marketing strategies.
• Technical knowledge of products relevant to the Business Unit.
• Fluent in English and one of the local languages.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to work as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Business Unit strategy within the assigned Market Unit.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends to support sustainable business growth.
• Develop and execute go-to-market and sales initiatives aligned with the Business Unit Business Plan.
• Act as the key interface between the Business Unit and the Market Unit, ensuring effective communication.
• Support local organizations in achieving commercial objectives by identifying improvement opportunities.
• Monitor business performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business impact.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
