Responsibilities

• Launch and promote the brand in the assigned city.
• Build, train, and manage a small core team (2–3 people) and freelance game hosts.
• Source and secure quality venues and time slots for games.
• Execute creative marketing and sales initiatives to grow the player base.
• Manage game operations to ensure a great customer experience that encourages repeat participation.
• Utilize support and expertise from headquarters for operations and technology.
