Job summary

The Business Manager in the Chief AI Office will support the SVP & Chief AI Officer in advancing strategic priorities within a global pharmaceutical company. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with AI capabilities and transformation initiatives, providing exposure to executive leadership and strategic decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably at master's level, in data/AI, business, life science, technology, or a related field.
• Up to a few years of relevant experience in consulting, AI transformation, strategy, project work, or business support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the SVP & Chief AI Officer to plan and structure the office's strategic priorities.
• Prepare high-quality analyses, briefings, and presentations for executive meetings.
• Coordinate the office's operating rhythm, including agendas and action follow-ups.
• Maintain an overview of AI initiatives, synthesizing progress and identifying risks.
• Conduct research on AI developments and pharmaceutical trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders across various business functions.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance analysis and content creation processes.
• Plan and support leadership meetings and events to ensure effective decision-making.
• Manage day-to-day priorities in collaboration with the SVP & Chief AI Officer.
