This role focuses on managing the day-to-day operations of Adult Engagement programmes, particularly the LEGO Certified Professionals (LCP) Programme. The position aims to enhance awareness of the LCP programme among business partners and future builders while ensuring effective execution of strategic initiatives.

• Experience in building and optimizing processes and workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking performance metrics.

• Strong partner management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
