Business Intelligence Manager Specialist

Job summary

As a Business Intelligence Manager Specialist, you will lead the delivery of impactful data insights for the Supplier Services team within the Business Service Organization. You will manage the entire BI lifecycle, from scoping and design to delivery and governance, while acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and technical expertise to drive reporting standardization and enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5 - 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a closely related discipline
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including advanced DAX modeling
• Proven ability to lead BI projects from requirements definition to delivery and adoption
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of complex analyses across large datasets, providing actionable business recommendations
• Own the end-to-end reporting lifecycle, including creation, maintenance, and improvement of BI reports and dashboards
• Identify business trends and drive insight-led recommendations for process improvement
• Act as the primary BI partner for senior stakeholders, managing expectations and delivering impactful outputs
• Champion data visualization best practices and ensure alignment on metrics and governance across the organization

• Strong command of data visualization principles and ability to translate complex data into executive-ready narratives
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical teams and business decision-makers
• Experience with AI tools to enhance BI delivery and efficiency

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
