Job summary

This role focuses on driving growth in the European market for Power Conversion Systems (PCS) by connecting sales teams and ensuring alignment on the Go-to-Market strategy. The position is pivotal in enhancing the commercial footprint and enabling high-performing sales teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales Enablement, or Commercial Management, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Go-to-Market strategies, channel ecosystems, and value-based selling.
  • Ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficient in market analysis, sales forecasting, and managing complex commercial pipelines.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Customer-centric approach and adaptability in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement the Go-to-Market strategy for PCS across Europe.
  • Align priorities among sales teams to ensure a cohesive commercial strategy.
  • Convert market trends and competitive insights into actionable strategies.
  • Act as a central connector for sales teams, providing product expertise and value-selling tools.
  • Generate qualified leads and expand the PCS pipeline through campaigns and partner engagement.
  • Identify and onboard high-potential partners to scale PCS solutions in Europe.
  • Manage pipeline, ensure forecasting accuracy, and conduct monthly performance reviews.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to support strategic decisions at the leadership level.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in managing complex sales processes and commercial pipelines.

Education

  • Relevant degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Tools
