Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, averaging 50-55 cold calls daily.
  • Identify and engage prospects within the Ideal Customer Profile across key verticals and regions.
  • Qualify prospects through discovery to assess business needs and fit.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene by updating lead stages and logging outreach activities in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with the BDR team on AI workflows to enhance targeting and outreach.
  • Participate in weekly syncs and feedback sessions with the sales team.

Skills

  • Proficiency in HubSpot is preferred for managing sequences and tracking activities.
  • Familiarity with IoT or connectivity is advantageous.
  • Experience with vertical-specific outreach is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth tech or startup environment is beneficial.
