The role of the LCL & CRM Business Development Manager focuses on enhancing product performance and driving business growth within the Nordic Area, specifically in Ocean LCL and Cargo Risk Management.   • Fluent in English and a local language (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Latvian).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver product training to various sales teams and communicate updates and enhancements.
  • Provide targeted support to key verticals and customer segments to drive growth.
  • Manage pipeline growth and collaborate with teams to improve sales cycles and conversion rates.
  • Maintain high-quality pipeline metrics and analyze lost opportunities for improvement.
  • Support onboarding processes and act as the first escalation point for execution issues.

Skills

  • Strong product knowledge in LCL and CRM.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
