Job summary

This role focuses on driving business growth initiatives in the gaming and technology sectors across the APAC region. The position involves strategic planning, relationship management, and consultative sales, working with well-known brands on impactful campaigns.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Mandatory experience in the gaming or technology industry.
  • Background in an in-house commercial team or a marketing/creative agency.
  • Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and close deals independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
  • High fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Korean is a plus.
  • Experience managing regional business opportunities within APAC.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets related to gross margin, client acquisition, and conversion in the APAC market.
  • Manage the entire business development lifecycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients in gaming and technology.
  • Conduct consultative discussions to understand client challenges and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure innovative and effective client proposals.
  • Optimize sales operations using CRM tools and improve lead management processes.
  • Represent the business at industry events and client meetings as required.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
