Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in business development or sales within the defense sector, preferably in the Nordic region.
  • Established network within the Nordic defense community, including Ministries of Defence and defense technology start-ups.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new accounts and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong understanding of defense procurement processes and program cycles.
  • Strategic thinking ability combined with hands-on execution skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with technology or IT infrastructure is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is preferred.
  • Eligibility for security clearance as required.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.

  • Build momentum with customers through joint engagements.
  • Map the regional defense ecosystem and identify coverage gaps.
  • Set up pipeline tracking and reporting.
  • Confirm strategic priorities and present an initial defense plan to leadership.
