Job summary

This part-time role focuses on driving business development efforts in the Swedish retail and hospitality markets, generating new business opportunities and building client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a client-facing role such as sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Located in Copenhagen or Stockholm, with the ability to work on-site.
  • Preferably, 1.5 years or less remaining in university studies related to business.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outreach, making a minimum of 60 outbound calls daily to generate a robust sales pipeline.
  • Qualify leads by understanding prospect needs and progressing qualified opportunities to the Account Executive team.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified meetings and share insights for improved targeting.
  • Develop expertise in the company's sales playbook and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Maintain activity metrics and pipeline targets while continuously improving outreach quality.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills across various channels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience in B2B sales and familiarity with the retail industry is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated hunting drive and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Education

  • Relevant university studies in business preferred, with a focus on sales or marketing.

Tools

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms is beneficial.
