Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field or proven performance in a similar role.
• Experience as a business analyst, market analyst, or in business development support, preferably in offshore wind, marine, or energy sectors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the offshore wind sector, tracking project pipelines and industry trends.
• Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports for senior management.
• Develop relationships with industry stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of engagements, leads, and opportunities.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote the company and gather intelligence.
• Contribute to the improvement of business development processes and reporting methods.

Skills

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and produce clear reports for non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
