Business Change Manager

Job summary

The role involves driving business transformation and standardization within a large transport and logistics network, focusing on the implementation and continuous improvement of Standard Business Processes (SBPs) across the Road division in Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business transformation, process improvement, change management, or implementation projects.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Knowledge of the European direct and groupage business.
• Flexibility to travel regularly across Europe.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with a hands-on approach.
• Understanding of transport, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business assessments and GAP analyses to identify deviations from SBPs.
• Facilitate discussions with local stakeholders to agree on improvement actions.
• Ensure implementation of agreed actions and adoption of business process standards.
• Create transparency through reporting and analysis of process maturity.
• Support the rollout of STAR applications and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to align business needs and priorities.
• Contribute to demand management and continuous development of improvement initiatives.
• Assist in training, user acceptance testing, and change management activities.
• Help develop implementation methodologies and reporting frameworks.
