Business Analyst (On-site)

Job summary

An experienced Business Analyst is sought to bring clarity and structure to complex delivery environments within a global transport and logistics company. This role focuses on translating business needs into actionable requirements, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Lead Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience in agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or Spotify model).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside developers, architects, and product owners.
• Familiarity with business processes and scalable technical solutions.
• Proficient in English with strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document business needs through various methods including interviews and workshops.
• Act as a liaison between business users, management, and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Ensure traceability from business needs to delivered solutions and contribute to unblocking teams when necessary.
• Audit platform capabilities to reduce duplication across products.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
• Create detailed documentation such as business requirement documents and user stories.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and subject matter experts to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate complex organizations.
• Familiarity with business intelligence, data analytics, and digital transformation.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and Databricks.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, APIs, and basic programming concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with data formats like XML and JSON.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
