Job summary

The role involves working within the AI Fashion Planning team to enhance supply chain planning through machine learning solutions. The Business Analyst will collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to ensure the successful integration and adoption of new technologies in planning processes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a planner or supply chain specialist.
• Proven ability to drive product adoption within user communities.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and the ability to interpret and present insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect technical teams with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design advanced planning processes and solutions in collaboration with data scientists and planners.
• Work closely with decentralized planning organizations to promote change and adoption of solutions.
• Conduct data analysis and derive key metrics for product enhancement.
• Provide expertise in demand planning and inventory management best practices.
• Create visualizations, dashboards, and presentations to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills and experience in data interpretation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Education

• Relevant experience in supply chain management or data science is preferred.

Tools
