Business Analyst / Agile Coach

Job summary

In this role, you will support Salesforce teams and business stakeholders in delivering valuable solutions within a complex enterprise environment. You will work closely with various teams to enhance collaboration and ensure effective delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis, Agile delivery, consulting, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead, or a similar role in a complex IT setting.
• A structured, curious, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving across Business and IT.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across multiple teams to align priorities, dependencies, milestones, risks, and delivery plans.
• Ensure consistent agile practices and support continuous improvement in collaboration and delivery.
• Plan and facilitate various agile ceremonies, including PI Planning and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to clarify needs and support delivery.
• Maintain transparent and structured backlogs in Azure DevOps, ensuring visibility of dependencies and progress.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and translate business processes into actionable solution concepts.
• Prepare presentations and communicate status, risks, and recommendations to diverse audiences.

Skills

• Understanding of Scrum, SAFe, Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, and requirements gathering.
• Experience with user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with the hearing care industry or order management processes is advantageous.

Education

• Relevant educational background in a related field is preferred.
