Biopharma Account Manager (Remote)

Job summary

This role is responsible for driving and expanding business within Biopharma accounts across the Nordics, focusing on large pharmaceutical companies, biotechs, and contract research organizations. The position requires maintaining a high level of customer and market knowledge to generate new revenue through engagement with key opinion leaders and regular customer visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a biological science
• 3-5 years of experience in Life Science Sales
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Danish and/or Swedish is preferred
• Strong understanding of the life science market in the Nordics
• Experience with digital platforms for customer engagement
• Ability to analyze commercial data and track ROI and KPIs

Responsibilities

• Engage current and new customers through various communication channels
• Support and expand key customer relationships to increase revenue
• Develop and execute regional activities tailored to the biopharma market
• Collaborate with product specialists to create account-specific strategies
• Identify innovative techniques to enhance product awareness
• Maintain and grow relationships with high-profile contacts in procurement and senior management
• Develop strategies for e-commerce and framework purchasing
• Utilize AI to improve efficiency and customer engagement
• Lead key account strategies for broader regional impact
