Bid/Proposal Engineer

Job summary

The role involves supporting the preparation and coordination of quotations and bid activities for system sales projects. You will work closely with the Bid Manager to ensure high-quality technical solutions and bid deliverables that meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Process, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in proposal engineering, bid coordination, project engineering, or technical sales support.
• Familiarity with system sales, technical quotations, or industrial system solutions is beneficial.
• Background in process industries or industrial systems integration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and coordinating quotation packages for system sales projects.
• Coordinate technical input and documentation across various teams.
• Maintain clarification and deviation lists.
• Review technical descriptions and bid deliverables.
• Support the preparation of PSP documentation and risk assessments.
• Ensure timely completion of bid deliverables within scope and quality standards.
• Facilitate the handover from bid phase to project execution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes within the bid function.

Education
