Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in bid management, proposal management, project coordination, or logistics operations.
  • Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing competing deadlines.
  • Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or government-related sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the bid process from qualification through to submission, developing plans and timelines.
  • Organize bid review meetings and ensure compliance with bid management standards.
  • Review tender documents and consolidate inputs into high-quality proposals.
  • Manage customer communications and clarification questions throughout the tender process.
  • Track risks and maintain bid documentation for continuous improvement.

  • Strong project coordination and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
