Job summary

The role involves leading the Business Intelligence (BI) capability within the organization, focusing on transforming data into actionable insights and decision support. The BI Lead will work at the intersection of analytics, data modeling, and business strategy to enhance data utilization across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, and data-driven decision support.
• Strong technical foundation with expertise in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling.
• Leadership skills to set direction and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity about AI applications in BI and familiarity with low-code tools like Power Apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the BI capability, defining standards for data models and reporting structures.
• Lead analytics, reporting, and data modeling efforts, ensuring high-quality insights.
• Act as a senior business partner, collaborating with stakeholders to drive data-driven practices.
• Drive BI maturity and adoption by translating business needs into analytical structures and improving the data foundation.
