Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as an Account Manager for Financial Institutions in Denmark.
  • Strong network within key stakeholders in the Financial Sector in Denmark.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen balancing customer value and regulatory constraints.
  • Understanding of A2A Services related to bill payments and infrastructure.
  • Structured and proactive approach to governance and decision-making.
  • Relationship-oriented with a collaborative working style.
  • High level of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen and grow strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the Financial Sector.
  • Own the commercial relationship for A2A services, managing contracts, pricing, and operational alignment.
  • Coordinate governance forums and ensure clear communication with Financial Sector partners.
  • Collaborate with regional colleagues on non-A2A services for a unified approach.
  • Work with the Service Delivery Manager to monitor service performance and manage escalations.
  • Provide market insights to inform product strategy and long-term planning.
  • Represent Denmark in internal leadership discussions regarding Financial Sector needs.
