Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as an Account Manager for Financial Institutions in Denmark
  • Strong network within key stakeholders in the Financial Sector in Denmark
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of A2A Services across bill payments and infrastructure

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen and grow partnerships with key stakeholders in the Financial Sector
  • Own the commercial relationship for A2A services, managing contracts and pricing
  • Coordinate governance forums and ensure clear communication with partners
  • Collaborate with regional colleagues on non-A2A services
  • Monitor service performance and manage escalations with the Service Delivery Manager
  • Provide market insights to inform product strategy and long-term planning
  • Represent Denmark in internal leadership discussions regarding Financial Sector needs
