Qualifications

• Up to 5 years of experience as a Backend Engineer.
• Familiarity with Go programming language; support for transition from other typed languages available.
• Strong collaborative mindset and effective communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn about domain-driven design and event-sourced architecture.
• Comfort or curiosity with cloud-native tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• A proactive approach to ownership and continuous improvement.
