Job summary

This role focuses on driving commercial success for a Banking-as-a-Service offering, managing the full go-to-market and sales cycle from prospecting to closing B2B partnership deals. The position requires collaboration with internal teams to develop tailored financial solutions and build long-term relationships with partners in the fintech and payments sectors.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in fintech, payments, or Web3 business development with a track record of closing B2B deals.
  • Strong knowledge of payment infrastructure and embedded finance solutions.
  • Familiarity with traditional financial systems and crypto/Web3 ecosystems.
  • Experience in regulated environments, including compliance frameworks.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire BaaS sales cycle, including lead qualification and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a predictable pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Develop customized commercial proposals and pricing models.
  • Act as the primary contact for partners, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across various financial products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet partner needs.
  • Prepare pitch materials and represent the organization at industry events.

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
