Job summary

This role involves serving as certifying staff for maintenance activities in the aerospace sector, focusing on fixed-wing aircraft. The position requires full onsite presence in Switzerland and offers a salary aligned with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Act as certifying staff for maintenance tasks within the organization.
  • Oversee both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including reviewing and executing operational work orders.
  • Provide technical guidance, diagnose faults, and implement corrective actions for aircraft issues.
  • Accurately document all maintenance activities to ensure compliance with regulations and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as component repair, engineering, and airworthiness for timely maintenance resolutions.
  • Support aircraft recovery operations and assist customers during AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in base maintenance for fixed-wing aircraft.
  • Must hold a European EASA Part-66 Cat. B2 license.
  • At least 2 years of experience as Certifying Staff on type aircraft.
  • Familiarity with 145 MRO and PO part 21 regulations.
  • Proficiency in English is required; only candidates with an active EASA License will be considered.
