Job summary

As an Atlassian Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping software development for enterprise clients. Your focus will be on designing and implementing scalable development platforms using Atlassian technologies, while also engaging with a broader DevOps and AI ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, solution architecture, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
• Proficient in Atlassian Cloud administration, migrations, and integrations.
• Understanding of software development practices, CI/CD, and DevOps principles, with experience in at least one scripting language.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and design enterprise-scale Atlassian solutions using Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
• Serve as a technical lead for migrations from Atlassian Server/Data Center to Atlassian Cloud.
• Design custom integrations within modern DevOps toolchains like GitHub and GitLab.
• Assist customers in modernizing their software development lifecycle through automation and best practices.
• Support the adoption of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Build advanced automations and customizations using tools such as Forge, Groovy, Python, or JavaScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various domains.
• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge within the organization.

Skills

• Experience with GitHub, GitLab, Azure, or AWS is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools or intelligent automation workflows.
• Knowledge of ITSM frameworks, Agile at scale, or DevOps transformation is advantageous.

Education

• Relevant certifications, such as Atlassian certifications (ACP), are beneficial.

Tools

• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, GitLab, and automation scripting languages.
